Ingredients

  • 1/2 ruby red grapefruit, peeled and cut into sections
  • 1/2 navel orange, peeled and cut into sections
  • 1 mandarin, peeled and cut into sections
  • 2 c arugula
  • 1/3 c raw apple cider vinegar (with the "mother")
  • 2/3 c extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Maldon sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
